Dear 1961 ACHS Classmate:
SAVE THE DATE
Those of us who attended our 50th reunion
celebration in 2011 (can it have been that long ago already?) were surprised at
how many of us have relocated to Florida.
We joked then that we should have another reunion – Florida
style – for those of us who now call this home.
We tried to get together last year, but couldn’t make it work. But we were successful this year! We had a small, but fun group that got
together a few weeks ago in St. Petersburg.
Attending were Bob and Dorothy (Bercich) Rekar, Karol (Violetto) Frystak
and her husband Jerry, Bob Mical and his wife Judy, Judy (Oakes) Lewis and her
husband Ed, and me and my husband Ed.
We decided to try to make this an
annual event and to hold it the first
Saturday of February, which next
year will be February 1st. We
thought
that next year we would stay in a
hotel and get together
at a restaurant in the Fort Myers
area.
I got your address from the 50th reunion booklet
that we received. If you are interested
in receiving more information about this get together, please send me your
e-mail address or respond to the letter.
Also, please feel free to forward this letter, or my e-mail address to
any other classmates that you know who might be traveling in Florida at that
time of the year. We would love to have
as many of our former classmates as possible join us.
